Kubik to Play Professional Volleyball in Puerto Rico

Madi Kubik will play professional volleyball in Puerto Rico.

The four-year starter for Nebraska signed a deal yesterday with Cangrejeras de Santurce, a club based in San Juan. 

Kubik had one year of eligibility left, but announced last November that this past season would be her last with the Huskers.  She finished her NU career with 1,264 kills, earning All-Big Ten first-team honors twice and was a third-team All-American in 2021.
