Creighton center Ryan Kalkbrenner scored a career-high 24 points to lead the Bluejays to a 96-61 victory over North Dakota last night.
The win at CHI Health Center improved the No. 9 Bluejays to 2-0. The Jays shot better than 51 percent from the field and made 12-of-27 three-pointers. CU also won the rebound battle 49-20, with Baylor Scheierman grabbing 10 to lead all players.
Creighton will host Holy Cross next Monday.
