Jedlicka, Goc Post One State Tourney Win in #2 Doubles

Columbus High boys’ tennis had one win to celebrate yesterday at the state tournament in Omaha.
The Discoverers’ #2 doubles team of Bohden Jedlicka and Carter Goc won their first match. The duo was seeded 13th and beat a doubles team from Fremont 6-2, 6-2.
But, in the second round Jedlicka and Goc bowed to the No. 4 seed from Creighton Prep, 6-1, 6-3. They finished the year with a 23-12 record.
