Jays Volleyball Wins Twice, Clinches Tourney Bid

Creighton volleyball topped Butler 3-1 yesterday in Omaha, after sweeping Xavier at home Friday night.
With Sunday’s win – by scores of 25-22, 25-12, 22-25, 25-17 – the Bluejays clinched a Big East tournament bid. CU improved to 24-3 overall and is tied with Marquette atop the conference standings at 12-2. Norah Sis led the Jays with 14 kills and 14 digs.
Creighton will visit Georgetown for a Friday afternoon contest.
