Jays’ Tebrake Named Big East Pitcher of the Week

Creighton sophomore Dylan Tebrake was named the Big East Pitcher of the Week yesterday. 

Tebrake tossed a seven-inning complete game shutout to lead the Bluejays to a 6-0 victory over Georgetown last Friday.  He allowed just two singles and a walk while striking out eight Hoyas in improving to 5-0 on the season. 

Creighton freshman Alan Roden earned a spot on the conference’s Honor Roll Monday.  He went 6-for-15 with two home runs, six RBI and five runs in the Jays’ series win.
