Jays Sweep Big East Weekly Volleyball Honors

Creighton’s volleyball club collected all three Big East weekly honors yesterday.  Keeley Davis brought home both the Offensive Player of the Week and Freshman of the Week honor, while Brittany Witt was named Defensive Player of the Week. 

Davis led all conference players with 4.75 kills per set, hitting .370 to help the Bluejays post a pair of road wins at DePaul and Marquette.

Witt led all Big East players with 5.50 digs per set last week. 

Meantime, Davis also earned a national honor, as she was named the AVCA National Player of the Week.
