Jays Softball Beats Butler in Big East Tourney Opener

Creighton’s softball club claimed a 4-2 win over Butler Wednesday in the first round of the Big East tourney.
With the victory, the Bluejays are now 34-20 and advance into the winners’ bracket in Providence, R.I.
They’ll take on UConn today at 3 p.m.
