Jays Basketball Adds Utah State Transfer Ashworth

Creighton men’s basketball has added Utah State transfer Steven Ashworth.
The 6-foot-1 guard was a first-team All-Mountain West Conference selection last season. Ashworth led the Aggies with 16.2 points per game. He ranked ninth in the nation with 111 three-pointers to help Utah State go 26-9 and earn an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament.
He has two years of eligibility left.
