Iowa Eight-Man Star Commits to Nebraska

Seth Malcolm, an Eight-Man football standout from Iowa, committed to Nebraska football over the weekend.  Malcolm plays linebacker and running back at Fremont-Mills High in Tabor, Iowa, where he’ll be a senior next season. 

Malcolm, recruited as an inside linebacker by the Huskers, announced his commitment to NU on social media Saturday. 

As a junior last season, he made 70.5 tackles, including 15 tackles for loss.  He also had three interceptions.  As a running back, Malcolm  averaged better than 12 yards per carry and scored 29 touchdowns. 

He’s the ninth member of Nebraska’s 2021 recruiting class.
