Huskers Women’s Basketball Signs Croatian Forward/Center

The Nebraska women’s basketball team has added Croatian star Petra Bozan to its roster for the upcoming season. 

Bozan, a 6-foot-3 forward/center, arrived in Nebraska Sunday evening just in time for the start of fall classes on Monday. 

She delivered a strong performance for Croatia earlier this month at the FIBA U18 Women’s Eurobasket in Portugal.  Among all players in the 16-team tournament, Bozan was sixth in scoring at 16.1 points per game and third in rebounding at 10 boards per contest.
