Huskers Win in 12 Innings, Jays Fall in 10 Frames

The Nebraska baseball team needed 12 innings yesterday before winning its seventh consecutive series with a 9-6 victory at Michigan State. 

With the win the Huskers improved to 20-7 on the season. 

Meantime, it took Georgetown 10 innings Sunday to snap Creighton’s 10-game winning streak.  The Bluejays fell to the Hoyas 3-2.  The loss moved the Jays to 14-8 overall, 6-1 in the Big East.
