Huskers White Not Getting UCLA Head Coaching Gig

Nebraska football fans received some good news yesterday.

Huskers defensive coordinator Tony White was rumored to be a top candidate, but UCLA hired DeShaun Foster as the Bruins head coach.

The former Bruins great takes over the program after Chip Kelly left to become offensive coordinator at Ohio State.  It will be Foster’s first head coaching job after 11 years as a college assistant, including 10 at UCLA.
