The Nebraska football team has added offensive lineman Ezra Miller, who is transferring from NU’s Big Ten rival Iowa.

The 6-foot-6, 310-pound native of Holstein, Iowa made the announcement on social media yesterday.  He’s expected to join the Huskers as a walk-on. Since he was on scholarship at Iowa, Miller will need an NCAA waiver to play in the upcoming season.

Miller was a four-star prospect out of high school.  He redshirted last season in his first year at Iowa.

According to media reports, he stepped away from football in January to deal with his mental health, before entering the NCAA transfer portal last month.
