Huskers RB Emmett Johnson Reportedly to Enter Transfer Portal
Nebraska running back Emmett Johnson, who was a sparkplug for the Huskers offense down the stretch this season, reportedly intends to enter the transfer portal.
Johnson rushed for 523 yards this season, with 259 of those yards coming in the past three games against USC, Wisconsin and Iowa after Dana Holgersen took over play-calling. He also had 19 receptions for 146 yards in those three contests.
Johnson joins Gabe Ervin as running backs who plan to enter the portal, which opens next Monday.
