Nebraska quarterback Noah Vedral plans to play his final two seasons at another school.  The Bishop Neumann grad has entered the transfer portal.

Vedral has mostly backed up Adrian Martinez, although he did start two games last season when Martinez was hurt.  In his sophomore season, Vedral was 34-of-52 passing for 418 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions.  He rushed for 106 yards and three TDs.

Vedral also played for Huskers coach Scott Frost at Central Florida, but transferred to NU after Frost was hired in Lincoln.

Nebraska now has three scholarship QB’s on its roster: Martinez, Luke McCaffrey and true freshman Logan Smothers.
