Nebraska’s football team will continue its tradition of playing on Black Friday.

The Big Ten Conference announced yesterday the Huskers game at Iowa will be played on November 27th instead of Saturday, November 28th.  Kickoff time will be announced later.  The game will be televised by Fox or FS1.

The Big Ten West rivals have met on the day after Thanksgiving each year since NU joined the conference in 2011.  The Huskers’ Black Friday tradition goes back longer, as Nebraska played Colorado from 1996 to 2010 and met Oklahoma from 1990 to ‘95.
