Huskers Fall at Minnesota Despite Shelley’s 37 Points

Jaz Shelley scored a career-high 37 points, but the Nebraska women’s basketball club fell at Minnesota 95-92 last night.
The Gophers hit a three-pointer from the corner with 1.1 seconds left to escape with the win. It marked the third straight loss for the Huskers, who fell to 14-12 overall, 6-9 in the Big Ten.
Nebraska welcomes No. 7 Iowa to Pinnacle Bank Arena on Saturday. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m.
