Huskers Drop Six Spots, Bluejays Up One in Volleyball Poll

Nebraska’s volleyball club dropped six spots to number 12 in the latest rankings, while Creighton inched up one place to 16th. 

The Huskers were swept at home last Saturday by Louisville, which stayed at number 5.  The Bluejays swept Wyoming, South Dakota and host Wichita State at last weekend’s Shocker Volleyball Classic.

CU also swept the Big East’s weekly honors as Jaela Zimmerman was named Offensive Player, Abby Bottomley was Defensive Player and Kendra Wait won the Freshman award.
