Huskers Drop First of Two Straight Games at Maryland

The Nebraska men’s basketball team fell at Maryland 64-50 last night.

On defense, the Huskers had 13 steals and forced the Terrapins into a season-high 17 turnovers.  But, NU scored only four points off those turnovers and shot just 33 percent for the game.

Nebraska is now 5-13 overall and 1-10 in the Big Ten.

The same two teams meet in College Park tonight.  Tipoff is set for 6 p.m. and the pre-game starts at 5 on News Talk 900 KJSK.
