Huskers’ Bowl Hopes Dimmed After Loss to Purdue

Nebraska’s football team slipped to 3-6 overall and 1-5 in the Big Ten with Saturday’s 28-23 loss to Purdue.

The Huskers need to win all three of their remaining games to become bowl eligible.  JoJo Domann, who collected a career-high 13 tackles against the Boilermakers, said afterwards it would be easy for NU “to give up right now, but that’s not what this program is about.”

Nebraska hosts number 6 Ohio State on Saturday.  Kickoff has been set for 11 a.m.
