Huskers, Bluejays Both Playing Baseball in Omaha Tonight

In college baseball, Nebraska visits Omaha tonight to take on the Mavericks. 

First pitch at Tal Anderson Field is slated for 7 p.m.  The pregame starts at 6 on News Talk 900 KJSK. 

Meanwhile, Creighton opens a two-game home series against UNLV with a 6 p.m. contest at Charles Schwab Field. 

Bluejays second baseman Andrew Meggs was named Big East Player of the Week on Monday.  Meggs went 9-for-18 with a home run and seven RBI, capping the week with a walkoff RBI single in the ninth inning Sunday as the Bluejays rallied to complete a series sweep of St. John’s.
