Husker Women Rally, But Fall to Purdue

The Nebraska women’s basketball team was able to rally out of a big hole, but ultimately lost to Purdue at Pinnacle Bank Arena. 

The Huskers trailed by 21 points in the first half last night, but took a four-point lead with 4:30 left to play in the game. However, the Boilermakers escaped with a 76-68 win. 

Both teams are now 4-4 in Big Ten play.

NU will take a 14-5 overall mark to Wisconsin on Saturday. Tipoff is set for 11 a.m. and the game will be televised by BTN.
