Husker Volleyball Gets Pledge From California Junior

A middle blocker from California has committed to Nebraska volleyball for the 2025 season.
Manaia Ogbechie is a 6-foot-3 junior at Oaks Christian High in Santa Rosa Valley. According to reports, she had previously committed to Northwestern, but that program has had a coaching change.
She reportedly visited Lincoln and also UCLA before committing to the Huskers.
