Husker Football Suffers Another Close Loss to a Ranked Team
Nebraska’s football team lost a back-and-forth battle to Michigan Saturday night, falling 32-29.
The winning field goal for the Wolverines was set up by a late fumble by quarterback Adrian Martinez, who was being stood up but had the ball stripped before any official blew his whistle. The Huskers are now 3-4 and have lost to three top-20 opponents by a total of 13 points.
Nebraska visits Minnesota this Saturday for an 11 a.m. game.
