Husker Football Picked Fourth in Big Ten West

Nebraska’s football team has been picked to finish fourth in the Big Ten West.  That’s where the Huskers landed in the conference’s unofficial preseason media poll, conducted by Cleveland.com. 

Wisconsin was picked to win the West Division.  The Badgers received 19 votes, five more than second-place Minnesota.  Iowa was third, followed by NU in the seven-team division. 

Ohio State was the runaway favorite in the East.  The Buckeyes collected 33 votes, with the only other first place ballot going to second-place Penn State.
