Husker Fans Can Vote to Honor Gordon, Erstad

Former Nebraska baseball greats Alex Gordon and Darin Erstad are among the candidates for ESPN’s Greatest All-Time College Baseball Team. 

Fans can vote for a player at each position for three days after the ballot opens on ESPN.com. 

Gordon is on the third base ballot, which opens for voting this Friday.  The left field ballot, which includes Erstad, opens next Monday. 

ESPNU will highlight players from each position over the next two weeks to coincide with what would have been College World Series time.  This Friday, ESPNU will show the Huskers’ 2005 Super Regional win over Miami to highlight Gordon’s nomination.  It starts at 5 p.m.
