Honas Will Be Back on Blackshirts in 2021

Senior linebacker Will Honas has chosen to play an extra season for Nebraska.  He became the latest Husker defensive player to announce on social media that he’ll return in 2021. 

The inside linebacker played in seven of NU’s eight games last season.  Honas was second on the team with 57 tackles, tied fellow senior-returnee JoJo Domann for the team lead with 6.5 tackles for loss, and led the Blackshirts with three sacks. 

Along with Honas and Domann, senior safeties Deontai Williams and Marquel Dismuke and junior cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt will return next season.
