Highlights of Girls Wrestling District Meets

Lakeview’s girls wrestling team finished second in the district 3 meet Saturday at Lincoln Southeast.
Lacy Lemburg won a gold medal by finishing first at 120 pounds. Schuyler took fourth as a team with the Warriors Sinai Sanchez the top wrestler at 105 pounds.
Columbus High placed 15th in the district 2 meet at Madison. The Discoverers top performance was a third-place finish by Marissa Anderson at 115 pounds. Boone Central earned second in the team standings as the Cardinals Leynn Luna won gold.
