Nebraska’s Sam Haiby highlighted the Husker women basketball players who earned All-Big Ten honors yesterday.  Haiby was named to the conference’s second team.

The 5-9 junior guard leads NU in scoring at 17 points per game and is closing in on 1,000 career points entering this week’s Big Ten tournament.

Meanwhile, Kate Cain and Isabelle Bourne both received honorable mention accolades.

Cain, who owns the Nebraska school record with 109 blocked shots, also claimed a spot on the league’s All-Defensive team for the third time in four seasons.
