Guillen Named to Costa Rica’s National Women’s Soccer Team

Former Creighton defender Gabriela Guillen has been named to Costa Rica’s national women’s soccer team.
The squad will compete in the FIFA Women’s World Cup in New Zealand. Making her second World Cup trip, Guillen and her Costa Rican team will open play next Friday against Spain.
Guillen appeared in 64 matches for the Bluejays, making 38 starts from 2009 to 2012.
