After winning their first four duals of the season, the Columbus High girls tennis team suffered its first loss yesterday.  The Discoverers were edged by Fremont 5-4 at the Pawnee Park tennis courts. 

Fremont won four of six singles matches, while Columbus took two of three matches in doubles.  Becca Hazlett and Logan Kapels earned an impressive 8-1 win in number-2 doubles to stay unbeaten at 7-0. 

The Discoverers will host the Columbus Invite on Friday.
