Girls State Hoops: Tigers Today, Flyers Tomorrow

North Bend Central’s girls basketball team faces Winnebago in today’s C1 state tournament semifinals. 

Tipoff at Pinnacle Bank Arena is set for 9 a.m.  You can hear play-by-play on KLIR 101. 

In yesterday’s D2 semifinals, Allison Weidner scored 31 points and Alissa Kosch had 28 as Humphrey St. Francis beat Mullen 65-59. 

The unbeaten Flyers will meet Falls City Sacred Heart in tomorrow’s championship.  It will tip off at 3:45 p.m. and the play-by-play will be broadcast on 93.5 The Hawk.
