The Scotus girls’ golf team is headed to next week’s Class C state tournament in North Platte.

The Shamrocks won yesterday’s C-2 district tournament at the Oakland Golf Club. Scotus shot a team score of 402, eight strokes better than runner-up West-Point Beemer.

MaKenzie Enderlin had the top individual score for the Shamrocks, as her 91 earned third place.

Two area golfers qualified for state individually: Boone Central’s Abby Brodersen fired an 87 to take second and Fullerton’s Dana Dubas carded a 101 to finish sixth.
