Frost Mum on Status of Martinez, Spielman

Asked yesterday if injured Huskers Adrian Martinez and JD Spielman will make the trip to Minnesota, coach Scott Frost only repeated the same sentence he had said moments before: “We gotta go play well.” 

Frost was then asked a follow-up question by a reporter on how he feels about Nebraska’s quarterback situation.

“I feel like we’ve got several guys who know the offense and are talented enough to go make things happen,” Frost said. “We’ll see who’s up there playing, but we feel good about several guys.  The team will rally around whoever it is.”  

Tomorrow’s kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m.  The pre-game starts at 1:30 on News Talk 900 KJSK and will be joined at 6 o’clock on KLIR 101.
