Four Lakeview Softball Players Make All-Conference Teams

Four members of Lakeview High’s 2022 softball team have been named All-Central Conference.   The Vikings completed a 21-9 season that included an appearance in the B-8 district final earlier this month. 

Freshman Cali Bentz was named to the first team.  Bentz hit .518 with three home runs and posted a 2.06 ERA with 116 strikeouts in 91.2 innings.

Junior Hannah Allen was selected to the conference’s second team for the second straight year.  Allen whiffed 110 batters in 72.2 innings in the 2022 season. 

Junior Moe Colegrove and senior Molly Frenzen were both picked for the third team.  Colegrove batted .333 and had a .996 fielding percentage.  Frenzen hit .347 and set four Lakeview career records with 119 hits, 91 singles, 113 runs and 52 stolen bases.
