Four Days of State Track Gets Underway Today

Four days of state track and field championships get underway today in Omaha.  Columbus High will have 17 athletes competing in the Class A meet today and tomorrow at Burke High’s stadium. 

The Class B meet will also be held the first two days of state, with ten Lakeview athletes and nine from Scotus participating in either individual events or team relays.  Track and field athletes from Schuyler, Boone Central, Central City and St. Paul will also compete for Class B medals. 

The state meets in Classes C and D will be held Friday and Saturday.
