Former NU Coach Riley Hired by USFL’s New Jersey Generals

Former Nebraska football coach Mike Riley will be coaching in the new USFL. 

Riley was hired as the head coach of the New Jersey Generals on Thursday. Riley coached the Huskers from 2015 to 2017.  He finished with a 19-19 record at NU. 

New Jersey is one of eight teams in the USFL, which plans to relaunch on April 16th, kicking off a 10-game regular season.
