Former Husker Watson Retires After 11 MLB Seasons

Former Husker Tony Watson is retiring after 11 seasons as a big-league reliever.
Watson announced his retirement on Monday in a statement to The Athletic.
He split last season between the Dodgers and Giants, appearing in 62 games and posting a 3.92 ERA. For his career, he compiled a 2.90 ERA.
He made one All-Star Game appearance.
