Former Husker Volleyball Standout a Finalist for Honda Sport Award

Former Nebraska volleyball standout Lexi Rodriguez has been named one of four finalists for the Honda Sport Award for volleyball. 

The other finalists announced Monday are Olivia Babcock from Pittsburgh, Kentucky’s Brooklyn DeLeye and Sarah Franklin of Wisconsin. 

The Honda Sport Award has been presented annually for the past 49 years.  The recipient of the sport award will become a finalist for the prestigious Collegiate Woman Athlete of the Year and the 2025 Honda Cup.  It will be presented in June.
