Football: Scotus Kicks off Weekend With Win

The Scotus football team opened district play with a win over Raymond Central last night.  The Shamrocks beat the Mustangs 35-14 at Pawnee Park Memorial Stadium.

Scotus improved to 4-1 on the season.  The Shamrocks will travel to Wahoo next Friday to take on Bishop Neumann.

The Cavaliers will be in Columbus this evening to face Lakeview.  The Vikings are 3-1, while Neumann is 4-0. You can watch live video streaming of that game at mycentralnebraska.com.

Also tonight, Columbus High hosts Elkhorn South.  The Discoverers and the Storm are both 3-1.

On 93.5 The Hawk, 3-1 David City visits 4-0 Shelby-Rising City.

And on KZ-100, Osceola-High Plains is 2-2 entering its contest at 1-2 Cross County.
