Fisher Calls New Husker DB Tommi Hill “A Freak”

Nebraska sophomore cornerback Tommi Hill may wear number zero. But, that’s not an indication of how much talent is possessed by the Arizona State transfer.
Defensive backs coach Travis Fisher was a guest on Sports Nightly last night on News Talk 900 KJSK. He called Hill “a freak” and added “there’s not much the kid can’t do.” Fisher said Hill is “going to be an NFL player if he doesn’t mess it up.” Fisher says Hill just needs the maturity to not get flustered after a bad play.
The Huskers’ secondary returns two starters in Quinton Newsome and Myles Farmer. NU lost some talented DB’s in Deontai Williams, Marquel Dismuke and Cam Taylor-Britt.
