Fillmore Central Grad Malone In The Olympics Again

Fillmore Central graduate Maggie Malone earned her second Olympic bid by winning the women’s javelin at the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials on Saturday in Eugene, Oregon. 

Malone set a meet record with a throw of 208 feet, 4 inches. 

Malone, who finished 25th in the javelin at the 2016 Olympics, competed in college at Nebraska and Texas A&M.
