Olivia Fehringer of Scotus won two gold medals, helping the Shamrocks finish third in the B-4 district meet in Albion yesterday.  The host Cardinals girls won the district title at Boone Central High. 

Fehringer clocked the fastest time in both the 800 and 1600 meter runs.  As a team, the Shamrocks compiled 77 points, while the Boone Central girls posted 107-and-a-half.  Lakeview was seventh and Schuyler was last in the 10-team field. 

On the boys side, the Cardinals were runner-ups to district champ Pierce.  The Vikings were fourth, the Shamrocks took ninth and the Warriors finished 10th.  The Scotus boys 4×800 meter relay team earned a gold medal.
