Downtown Runaround Canceled Due to COVID-19

The 35th annual Downtown Runaround will not be held in Columbus next month – another event canceled due to COVID-19. 

In a Facebook post, the DTRA committee announced the cancellation of the event, as well as the Kid’s Run, which had been slated for July 17th and 18th. 

The post said: “Every agency in the country is reacting to the situation in a day-to-day fashion which makes long-term projections, planning and decisions next to impossible.” 

The committee’s message ends by encouraging people to “stay healthy, stay safe, and stay active!  See you in 2021!”
