Domann: Huskers To Play Every Game Like It’s Our Last

Nebraska defensive coordinator Erik Chinander and some players talked with the media through a video conference call following yesterday’s practice. 

When asked about the goals for the Huskers defense in this pandemic-delayed season, senior outside linebacker JoJo Domann’s first response was: “Play every game like it’s our last.”

Without a lot of fans being able to attend home games at Memorial Stadium, Chinander said: “It is going to be kind of bring your own juice, bring your own energy.”  He also said he has been able to talk with some other coaches whose teams have already played to learn what they thought they did wrong, or right, in practices before those games. 

Nebraska opens the season October 24th with an 11 a.m. game at Ohio State.
