Discoverers Wrestling Teams’ Flatwater Fracas Results

Columbus High’s boys wrestling team competed in the Flatwater Fracas at the Heartland Events Center on Saturday.
The Discoverers went 5-1 to finish second in Pool B. CHS posted wins over Lincoln Southeast, Norfolk, Waverly and Bellevue East before falling to Hastings, then defeating Smith Center. Columbus went 1-1 to finish second in the Silver division, losing to Papillion-La Vista before downing Lincoln East.
The CHS girls finished eighth out of 10 teams competing in Grand Island.
