Discoverers Wrestlers See Islanders Rally to Win

The Columbus High wrestling squad jumped out to a 24-0 lead in its season-opening dual at Grand Island last night. However, the Islanders rallied to win by a score of 43-33.
Five Discoverers – Kasen Grape, Levi Bloomquist, Blayze Standley, Liam Blaser and Brenyn Delano – won via pins, and Blake Cerny won a 4-2 decision.
CHS will compete in the Bennington Invite tomorrow.
