Discoverers Tennis Battles Dukes to 2-2 Tie in York

Columbus High’s tennis team was on the road Monday and battled York to a 2-2 tie. 

The varsity clubs met in a best-of-three match with a tie-breaker for the third set.  Sage Warner lost her #2 singles match, falling in the tie-breaker 11-9.  Macy Szatko was also downed in #1 singles. 

In #1 doubles, Abby Loeffelholz and Logan Kapels won 6-2, 6-3.  Sarah Lasso and Taylor Loontjer took their #2 doubles match, winning 7-5, 6-0.
