Discoverers Softball Opens Season Falling Twice to Navigators

Columbus High’s softball club opened its season Thursday and was swept in a doubleheader by Lincoln North Star.
The Discoverers were downed by the Navigators by scores of 11-1 and 13-9 at Bradshaw Park. No other details were available.
Columbus will try to bounce back next Tuesday with another home twinbill against Lincoln Southwest.
