Discoverers Softball Club Splits Twin Bill at Norfolk

Columbus High’s softball team split a doubleheader at Maroon Cup rival Norfolk Tuesday.
Both games were close, with the Discoverers winning 6-5 but dropping a 6-4 decision to the Panthers. CHS is 8-24 on the season.
Columbus will be back in Norfolk on Saturday to compete in the Heartland Athletic Conference softball tournament.
